Youth Scholarships

The Voice of Democracy writing competition offers high school students up to $30,000 in college scholarships. The Patriot Pen offers patriotic middle school students prizes up to $5,000.    We also hold an annual Teacher-of-the-Year competition.

Youth Scholarships

We work closely with and support other local Veteran Service Organizations in our community through the Tippecanoe County Veterans Council to maximize our impact where needed, including funeral details. Much of our charitable effort is focused on the Indiana Veterans Home and the VFW Home for Children.

Post Canteen

Our Post Canteen is a smoking bar that offers a wide range of beer and spirits. Live entertainment, free pool and darts, pull tabs and charity gaming, which primarily funds our programs. Open to the public every Saturday, come join us for fun and camaraderie, including our weekly All-American Raffle!

Hall Rentals

Our Post banquet hall can accommodate up to 225 people and is perfect for birthday parties, wedding receptions, and other functions. We have recently updated our restrooms and a full kitchen is available to use. Our Canteen Bar can support beverage service for any function. 


Rental rates are $300 for non-members. 

Member rates are coordinated with the Operations Manager.

We also support many charitable fundraising events free of charge.
